19. User-generated submissions

20. Brand and domain misuse

21. Force majeure

26. Feedback on ratings

Readers may disagree with a frost score. Disagreement alone is not a breach by Rank7. We will consider documented evidence that a listed fact is wrong — for example an outdated licence claim — and publish corrections when warranted.
